1. Course Requirments
   A-level French or equivalent and A-level Music and competence in instrumental or vocal performance.

2. Unit courses
   Year 1: FR193 or FR194; one set of ML/FR linked units (2 units in total); any other four MC units from: MC115, MC119, MC120, MC121, MC122, MC125, MC126, MC127.
   Year 2: FR194 or FR195, 6 FR/MC units (1-3 FR units and 3-5 MC units). One FR unit may be replaced by an ML unit
   Year 3: FR399 (project)
   Year 4: FR196 or FR197, 6 FR/MC units (1-3 FR units and 3-5 MC units)

3. Special requirements
   Year abroad (2 or 3); part-time students will normally be expected to spend a total of 3 months in a country where the language is spoken nationally.
