German and Music
- Course Requirments
A-level German or equivalent plus A-level Music and competence in instrumental or vocal performance.
- Unit courses
Year 1: GE193 or GE194; one set of ML/GE linked units (2 units in total); plus any four MC units from: MC115, MC119, MC120, MC121, MC122, MC125, MC126, MC127.
Year 2: GE194 or GE195, 6 GE/MC units (1-3 GE units and 3-5 MC units). One GE unit may be replaced by an ML unit
Year 3: GE399 (project)
Year 4: GE196 or GE 197, 6 GE/MC units (1-3 GE units and 3-5 MC units)
- Special requirements
Year 3 will be spent abroad. (Part-time students will normally be expected to spend a total of 3 months in a country where the language is spoken nationally).
