Regulations for the Schools of the Faculty:
Accounting and Finance
  1. Year 1
    Eight subjects will be studied and examined as follows:

    Semester one:
    AM103, AM101, AM109, either EC101 or EC103 or one unit from Social Sciences list.
    Semester two:
    AM102, AM108, either EC102 (if EC101 taken in Semester 1), or one unit from Social Sciences list (excluding EC102), if EC103 taken or EC114 if Social Sciences option taken and one unit from other Social Sciences units.

  2. Year 2 (revised regulations will apply from 2003/4)
    Semester one:
    AM203, AM205 EC221 and one AM, other permitted Social Sciences option.
    Semester two:
    AM204, AM206, AM214 and one option from AM list, Social Sciences list.
    Both Semesters: Students may take a single language option in semester one, or double language option over semester 1 and 2 in place of optional units.

  3. Year 3 (revised regulations will apply from 2003/4)
    Semester one:
    AM303
    Either semester:
    Five units chosen as follows:
    Two units from:
    AM309, AM310, AM316, AM317, AM320, AM332, EC371. Three options from the AM, EC, or permitted Social Sciences list. Dissertation/Project (2 units) (AM398/399) or Contemporary Problems Dissertation (1 unit) (AM390) and one unit from the AM list. ST304 is, for this purpose, considered to be on the AM list. Subject to provisions in the general regulations students may take a single unit language option in semester 1 or a double unit language option over semester 1 and 2 in place of options.
