Section 10 : The Secretary and Registrar
The Council shall from time to time after consideration of a Report from a Joint Committee of the Council and Senate appoint a Secretary and Registrar of the University with such duties and remuneration and (subject to Section 31) upon such terms and conditions as it shall deem fit.
