Terms of reference
To consider such cases of serious misconduct by students as may be referred to it by the Chair of the Committee of Discipline, and to report to the Vice-Chancellor and Senate the action taken concerning them.
Membership

  The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Education) or Deputy Chair
  Two or three members* of the academic staff in membership of Senate selected from a panel of nine nominated annually by the Vice-Chancellor (three from each Faculty) and not from the School of the alleged offender.
  One student from a panel of three appointed by the President of the Students' Union
  Secretary: To be advised

to be determined by the Chair depending on the nature and complexity of the case.
